General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) has been helping Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) plan her upcoming baby shower, but we all know events like this tend to be catastrophic on the ABC soap.

Whenever someone starts gearing up for a party, GH fans can usually count on the festivities to take a terrible turn.

With that in mind, we should consider how Portia’s special day might go wrong.

There are at least four ways Portia’s baby shower could become a total disaster, so let’s talk about them.

1) Portia and Jordan’s fight breaks out

For starters, there’s the potential for more clashing between Portia and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) despite their best efforts to come together for the baby’s sake.

Jordan may accept Portia’s invitation and try to promote peace between their families, but this whole situation with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) could blow up the bash.

We could certainly imagine that leading to conflict that derails the baby shower in the end.

2) Isaiah’s arrest news ruins the celebration?

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is determined to score enough evidence for a warrant and take Isaiah down for a crime he didn’t commit.

If Isaiah ends up getting arrested for fleeing the scene of Jordan’s accident, then Portia might get a horrible phone call that ruins all fun.

It could leave Portia scrambling to get to the police station instead of enjoying her baby shower like she planned.

3) Brook Lynn spills too much?

Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) arranged for Trina’s showcase and has been stepping up for her out of guilt, so what if she ultimately lands on the guest list?

That could be another path to drama if Brook Lynn spills too much in a dramatic moment.

Brook Lynn might blurt out something about Isaiah’s innocence and leave everyone wondering how she knows that.

Even if Brook Lynn stops short of confessing to being the other driver, trouble could be brewing.

4) Portia goes into labor?

Regardless of whatever drama might go down, there’s a good chance it could send Portia into labor!

Portia is only a few weeks away from her due date, so chaos may break out at this baby shower and set the stage for her to give birth immediately.
