The Young and the Restless (Y&R) recap for Tuesday, March 10, reveals that a new lead will surface regarding Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) whereabouts, so the mission to save him will come with some twists and turns.

In Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) office, she’ll be annoyed over Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) dragging her feet on agreeing to come work with her.

Lauren will insist it’s a big decision and will want to wait until Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) returns from his trip with Fenmore “Fen” Baldwin (last played by Zach Tinker) so they can discuss this in person.

Since Phyllis will seem agitated over a deal she’s trying to make, Lauren will pump her for information.

However, Phyllis will ultimately leave for a meeting with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and will leave Lauren in the dark.

At the Newman ranch, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will mention seeing Phyllis leave earlier and express surprise when Victor admits they’ve been negotiating for Chancellor.

Nikki will also bring up how she ran into Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland), who asked if she’d heard from Jack and wouldn’t divulge much when questioned.

Victor will play dumb and act like he doesn’t care about Jack’s whereabouts.

Once Phyllis shows back up at Victor’s request, Nikki will express curiosity over her willingness to part with Chancellor.

Phyllis will realize Victor hasn’t told Nikki the whole story, so Victor will smirk at Phyllis when she points that out.

On the yacht, Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) will claim someone reached out anonymously and offered her a large sum of money to watch over Jack.

Since Patty wanted to make amends with Jack anyway, it was an offer she couldn’t refuse.

Jack will suspect it’s Victor who’s running the show, but Patty will act like they shouldn’t waste time talking about his silly theory.

Since Jack will push for a deal, Patty will want a kiss in exchange for giving him a yacht tour and let him get a better sense of their situation.

Jack will give Patty a peck once they chat for a bit, but that won’t be good enough.

Patty will insist Jack has to kiss her like he means it, so he’ll make out with her and seem uncomfortable over her shoulder afterward.

Meanwhile, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will check out some security footage from the Jabot parking garage.

That footage will lead to Kyle zooming in on the windshield of the black SUV that took Jack.

There’ll be a parking detail that points to a marina in Kenosha, so Billy will comment on it being about an hour away.

Since this is the only lead they have on Jack, Kyle and Diane will be eager to pursue it despite Billy’s warning that it could be a wild goose chase.

At Crimson Lights on Tuesday’s Y&R episode, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will grill Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) about what really happened in Los Angeles.

Since Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) was a no-show when Nick tried to draw him out of hiding, Nick will plan to return to LA and up the ante.

Sharon will voice her disapproval before Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) comes in with Noah Newman (Lucas Adams).

After Sienna admits she wanted to repay Nick and Sharon for protecting her, she’ll talk about digging into Matt’s drug scene involvement.

It turns out Las Vegas was the hub of the operation. Matt was the LA contact and the funnel for someone based on the strip.

Sharon will wonder if that person could be hiding Matt, so Sienna will insist she had the same thought and got a name: Riza (last played by Tina Casciani).

Sharon will realize this is likely the same Riza that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) knew when he lived in Vegas under the name “Spider.”

The Young and the Restless say Riza will inevitably play a big role in the drama ahead, so stay tuned for any other shocking news ahead.
