The Young and the Restless Tuesday, January 27 Recap: Mariah Drives Off with Dominic – Cane Warns Victor to Vacate Office

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) recap for Tuesday, January 27, reveals that Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will drive off with Dominic Winters (Ethan Ray Clark) after Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) warns Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to vacate his office.

At Newman Enterprises, Cane and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will show up to gloat now that Arabesque is the majority stakeholder of all assets under the Newman corporate umbrella.

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will join the confrontation before Victor kicks Cane and Phyllis out.

Cane will warn Victor that he has a week to vacate his office before he heads back to his train with Phyllis.

After Phyllis insists on celebrating again, Cane will get a text from Lily that leaves him looking uneasy.

That message will indicate that Lily and the twins will never forgive Cane for this.

At the GCAC, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will have another argument since they’ll still be on opposite sides of this Chancellor situation.

Sally will also talk to Billy about a phone call she just had since she wanted to reach out to Jill Abbott (Jess Walton).

Billy will learn Snapper Foster (last played by David Hasselhoff) answered the phone instead since Jill has taken a turn for the worse.

Sally will push Billy to get in touch with Jill and make amends since going after Chancellor won’t fill the hole in his heart.

After more bickering with Billy, Sally will blow past Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) on her way out.

Adam will confront Billy and wonder what he’s done this time – though he’ll guess this involves Billy’s giant ego and Newman family issues.

Adam will eventually warn Billy that Sally’s going to dump him.

As for Billy’s attempt to run Chancellor, Adam won’t think he’ll be there long enough to cause damage.

While Adam’s sitting at the bar, he’ll get a text about Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and the twins being located.

The person texting will be awaiting advisement about their next steps.

Elsewhere, Billy will flash back to some Jill memories before calling her.

That’ll bring an emotional conversation and Billy’s promise that he won’t cause additional stress, but he’ll still think back to when Jill urged him to run Chancellor.

At the Newman ranch, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) will be there after being summoned by Victor.

Nikki and Victoria will want answers about Victor’s next plan with Adam, but he’ll refuse to divulge the details.

That said, Victor will make it clear that Cane and Phyllis are going to pay if it’s the last thing he does!

After Mariah spies on Dominic at the Chancellor mansion, Y&R spoilers say she’ll return to more visions of Ian Ward (Ray Wise) at her motel room.

“Ian” will be disappointed over Mariah’s delay on kidnapping Dominic, but Mariah won’t see why she can’t just take Aria Porter-Copeland (Maddie and Millie Ingle) instead.

“Ian” will insist that Aria belongs with Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) while Dominic belongs with Mariah.

After “Ian” plays up how Dominic grew inside her, Mariah will insist Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) is Dominic’s mother and that he has Abby’s genes.

However, “Ian” will maintain that Mariah loved Dominic first and will feel like taking him is the path to being whole again.

Mariah will worry that Abby and Devon Winters (Bryton James) will never stop looking for Dominic with their endless resources, but “Ian” will feel confident he can help Mariah and Dom disappear for good.

After Mariah decides it’s time to take action, she’ll snatch Dominic off-screen while he’s outside preparing to build a snow family.

Once Abby updates Devon on Dominic vanishing, they’ll assume he’s playing hide and seek.

In reality, Dominic will be asleep or possibly drugged in the backseat of Mariah’s car as she speeds off with him.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Mariah will stir up plenty of chaos with her action, so stay tuned for all the wild news to come.
