The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) could walk away with a big prize for all her trouble.

Y&R fans know Lily is supposedly in on Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) kidnapping ruse, which means he’s been stuck off the grid with the twins while helping him dupe Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn).

Of course, Victor and Lily didn’t anticipate Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) would chloroform Cane and take over the Newman empire herself.

That’s caused some delays, so Lily is probably getting pretty impatient by now.

Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) has been concerned about whatever Victor offered Lily in exchange for her cooperation.

Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) thought Chancellor Industries was the most logical option, but Adam speculated that Victor might do something more unexpected.

Although Adam feared he’d be the one who took a hit somehow, Victor’s plans aren’t set in stone.

Even if Victor was planning to give Lily something else before, Chancellor could indeed become her compensation in the end.

After all, with Victor and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) on the outs, he may have no interest in rewarding her loyalty to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).

Why would Victor return Nikki’s company to her when he doesn’t even want her living in the same house?

Victor could decide to sign over Chancellor to Lily and deliver a vengeful blow to Nikki in the process.

Based on the deal Victor tricked Phyllis into on the March 17 episode, it looks like Chancellor will once again be under his control.

Victor will keep working on getting back Newman Media and Newman Enterprises overall, but at least this Chancellor move will be a step in the right direction.

Chancellor may become Lily’s reward for all these weeks she’s spent in hiding with Mattie Ashby (last played by Lexie Stevenson) and Charlie Ashby (last played by Noah Alexander Gerry) since she certainly deserves something for this extended inconvenience!

Will Victor deliver a good dose of revenge by putting Chancellor back in Lily’s hands instead of Nikki’s?

Will this news add to the tension that’s already affecting Victor and Nikki’s marriage?
