Cane has always had a strong hunch about Phyllis’ involvement, but she’s repeatedly insisted she didn’t take the software.
At some point soon, Phyllis might finally come clean about being to blame for the theft and Victor’s control of the program.
It could be a good first step toward Phyllis building something real with Cane.
2) Phyllis spills her true feelings for Cane?
Phyllis might also spill her true feelings for Cane if she fears she’s truly going to lose him to Lily for good.
Instead of just talking about how Cane’s wasting time on unreasonable Lily, she might play up what’s in her own heart.
Phyllis tends to make everything a flirty joke, but she might get serious and convince Cane that what she feels for him is real.
3) Phyllis reveals grand plan to help Cane?
It’s Phyllis’ fault that Cane got into his latest mess with Victor, so she may vow to make this right.
Phyllis has been hinting about a new venture, so maybe there’s some truth to that if she’s sitting on a secret project.
Could Phyllis turn on Victor and pitch a Newman takedown plan to Cane?
Will Phyllis help Cane with another program that could go after Victor and anyone else they choose?
