The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) may not be as rehabilitated as she wants everyone to believe. Patty has a long history of unhinged behavior and proved she’s willing to continue her wild streak by signing up for all that yacht drama.

Although Patty recovered enough to get herself released from her psychiatric facility, that doesn’t mean she’ll remain a free woman forever.

There’s a good chance Patty will ultimately go back off the rails and find herself locked up again.

However, we know Patty will return to Genoa City so she can wreak more havoc first.

Now that Patty’s had a little taste of Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), she’ll make it her mission to score a real reunion.

While Jack’s fighting hard to put his marriage back together, Patty will be fighting just as hard to sabotage it.

Patty certainly won’t want Jack fixing his relationship with Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) and will do everything she can to prevent that.

It’s possible Patty will contemplate causing Diane’s demise, but she’d be risking her freedom and could turn Jack against her if she got caught.

Patty would be better off sticking with other schemes to keep Diane and Jack apart.

Of course, Diane has made plenty of mistakes as well, so her own past is going to be a factor here.

Between Diane’s problematic history and the fact that Jack was drugged, she may eventually decide she’s willing to forgive him.

Although Diane refused to give Jack a pass for his ecstasy explanation in the March 17 episode, she may soften toward him sooner or later and see that this wasn’t really his fault.

At some point, Patty may realize Diane is Jack’s true love and that nothing can break them up indefinitely.

If Patty is forced to accept that, then she may become more dangerous than ever!

Patty might revert to her vengeful mentality when it comes to Jack.

Longtime Y&R fans know Patty shot Jack on more than one occasion, so she might fire at him once again down the road.

Will that be what gets Patty locked back up in a psychiatric facility?

Will Patty put Jack’s life on the line like she’s done multiple times in the past?
