The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will finally get his heart’s desire when Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) walks free along with the twins.

Ever since Cane found out his family was under Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) control, he’s been working hard to get them back.

Of course, the situation isn’t quite as it seems since Lily has supposedly been in on Victor’s plot.

Lily and the twins were part of a kidnapping ruse that was designed to convince Cane to give Newman Enterprises back.

Cane ultimately lost the Newman empire due to Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) chloroform fiasco, but that hasn’t stopped him from scheming and doing everything he can to bring his family home.

In the March 9 episode, Phyllis will tell Victor that she’s willing to give up Chancellor if he’ll let Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), Lily and the twins go.

Whether that deal’s responsible for Lily, Mattie Ashby (last played by Lexie Stevenson) and Charlie Ashby (last played by Noah Alexander Gerry) going free or not, they should indeed be released soon.

On March 13, Y&R spoilers say Cane will make things right with Lily.

It looks like Lily and Cane’s emotional reunion is on the way, so he may cry with relief and apologize for dragging her into this whole mess.

Cane will be sorry for the twins’ ordeal as well and perhaps get confirmation that they’re OK.

Lily may ultimately see how shaken up Cane is and feel a little remorse for what she put him through.

At some point, Lily might admit she went along with Victor’s plan, so Cane may realize Phyllis was right about Victor bluffing.

However, Cane might surprise Lily by admitting he doesn’t care at this point.

Perhaps Cane will insist he’s just glad to know Lily, Charlie and Mattie are all right.

If Cane doesn’t hold Lily’s actions against her and lets his emotions pour out, it could leave Lily deeply moved.

It’s easy to imagine Lily and Cane getting swept up into a passionate kiss once this entire nightmare’s behind them.

Lily may think Cane’s been punished enough and see that he really did learn a valuable lesson from all this.

Whatever the case, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Cane and Lily will have a lot to talk about soon, so stay tuned for more news on their reconnection.
