The Young and the Restless Next 2 Weeks: Matt’s Outrageous Scheme, Noah & Audra’s Encounter, Cane’s Good News
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, December 8 to December 19, reveal that Matt Clark aka “Mitch Bacall” (Roger Howarth) will work on outrageous scheme while Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) have an encounter. Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) also has some good news ahead of him, so here’s what Y&R fans can expect.
During the week of December 8-12, Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) will turn down Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) bribe and accept Noah’s proposal to settle in Genoa City while Matt remains on the loose.
Once Victor, Sienna, Noah, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) are in GC, Noah will make Sienna feel right at home.
The closeness between them will unsettle Sharon and lead to her quizzing Sienna about her real intentions.
Meanwhile, Noah will have what’s sure to be an awkward encounter with Audra, who’ll reach an intriguing deal with Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) later.
As for Nick, he’ll take charge of Sharon’s safety. Nick will refuse to let Matt torment her any longer, so he could end up standing guard over her at the cottage.
Regardless, there’ll be no stopping Matt since he’ll come up with a shocking plot – one that’ll help him get revenge on the Newmans and try to take back what he’s lost at the same time.
On December 9, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) will deliver an amazing anniversary night for Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman), so they’ll reflect on 20 years of marriage in a standalone episode.
While Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) get ready for Abbott Communications’ launch event, Victor will be busy plotting against Jabot.
Although Victor will make a launch of his own, his attack could fail if Jack’s plan to get everything offline proves timely and successful.
Over with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), she’ll talk to Cane about going to the launch party, so he won’t think she should fly solo.
Lily will do an about-face on Cane and could perhaps give him some hope for their future again.
If Lily agrees to attend the launch bash with Cane, that’ll be music to his ears.
Unfortunately, Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) insults could follow.
It turns out Phyllis will indeed mess with Cane once he washes his hands of their game and vows to get vengeance.
The week of December 15-19 may bring some Christmas plans as everyone prepares to enjoy a wonderful holiday.
Victor and Nikki will definitely get in the holiday spirit this year since they’ll be glad to have Noah home safe and sound.
However, Matt could strike back at any moment! That threat will hang over the Newmans and set the stage for this to be the calm before the storm.
As for Sharon and Nick, they might move their relationship forward once they get back into the Genoa City groove.
Finally, Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will take the next steps in plotting Audra’s downfall together, but they’d better watch their backs since she can be awfully sneaky!
