The Young and the Restless Alum Michael Muhney Reveals Eric Braeden’s Forgiveness, Ex-Adam Praises Best Scene Partner Ever

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Y&R alum Michael Muhney (ex-Adam Newman) recently revealed Eric Braeden’s (Victor Newman) forgiveness for past drama and praised Braeden as the best scene partner he’s ever had.
Although the role currently belongs to Mark Grossman, many fans remember Michael Muhney for his own 2009-2014 run as Adam Newman.
Behind-the-scenes issues led to Muhney’s departure, but he still made a memorable mark during his time in Genoa City.
Muhney has been open about his history of feuding with Braeden, but those days are apparently over.
In a series of posts on X, formerly known as Twitter, Muhney offered positive updates on where things stand between them as former co-stars.
“Much like Jerry Jones & Jimmy Johnson…Eric Braeden and I fell apart, and much like Mr. Jones and Mr. Johnson, it took a very long time, but Eric and I have made up and shared our love and admiration for one another. Eric didn’t have to forgive me for our conflicts, but he did,” Muhney said.
It’s nice to know Braeden isn’t holding a grudge and was willing to put the past to rest. Muhney spoke about how much this news means to him and the realization that Braeden’s forgiveness brought.
“Feels good to heal from this. I’ve needed this more than I realized,” Muhney added in another post.
Of course, Muhney couldn’t help but wonder how different things might’ve been if they hadn’t clashed all those years ago.
Regardless, Muhney clearly feels incredibly grateful and had nothing but praise for Braeden’s willingness to turn the page.
“If we hadn’t fallen apart way back when, who knows how far we could’ve gone together? I do so greatly admire him and I am impressed by his grace and class. He will always remain the single best scene partner I have ever had in my entire career. Hands down,” Muhney said in one last post.
