The Family Chantel: Winter Everett Faces Fear Before Surgery

Winter Everett is in Tijuana, Mexico, to get weight loss surgery on the new season of The Family Chantel. Her sister gets her comfortable in the hospital bed. The TLC celeb wants to know if this is how she treats all her patients.

Chantel Everett tells her that she takes care of her patients with “all love and respect.” But, since this is her sibling, she will go the extra mile.

The nurses then come in to prepare Winter for surgery. One nurse checks her vitals while the other gets ready to put an IV in her hand. She was nervous before. But seeing that she has to get a needle puts her over the edge.

Winter Everett tells the nurse that she doesn’t like needles. She starts to freak out and panic. Her mother, Karen Everett, tries to calm her down and tells her to look at them. Chantel asks if she is doing well. The TLC star says, “no, I’m not okay.”

The Family Chantel star takes her arm away from the nurse and tells them to wait. She cries and says, “I hate needles.” But she faces her fear.

Winter’s Behavior Shocks Mother & Sister

Karen Everett didn’t know that Winter Everett was that afraid of needles. She explains that when her daughter was little, she got her shots. But, she “just sucked it up.”

Chantel Everett adds that her sister even pierced her own nose. So, seeing her reaction to getting an IV was surprising.
