Although Liam has been on the back burner for the most part lately, that could change if Scott Clifton’s latest social media hint is any indication. On Instagram, Clifton posted a video expressing his excitement over the new BBTV streaming app, which includes 37 seasons and more than 9,000 episodes of the show.

Many fans have been waiting on an app like this, so that alone is great news if you want to dive into B&B history and get a blast from the past.

However, Clifton also wrote a few comments about what’s ahead on the CBS soap. It turns out Clifton is pumped about what’s in the works, so let’s look at what he had to say.

“Also there’s some stuff I’m VERY psyched about coming up on the show. But you didn’t hear it from me,” Clifton teased.

That certainly makes it sound like Liam’s getting a new storyline or that he’ll be able to play a more active role in a current one.

At the moment, Liam doesn’t get to do much other than be Hope Logan Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) loving husband. When it comes to all the chaos that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) have unleashed through Logan, Liam hasn’t been all that involved. The last time Liam had a major storyline was all the fake brain tumor drama, so it’s time for him to get some sizzling material.

Based on Scott Clifton’s hints about what’s brewing, it seems Liam indeed has some twists and turns to come.

There’s no word yet on exactly what Liam’s next story might look like, but some hints might trickle out on-screen soon. Will Liam and Hope’s marriage be tested by what’s in store or could this turn out to be a challenge they tackle together?
