The Bold and the Beautiful’s Bradley Bell Confirms ‘Luna Is Dead’ – Shuts Down B&B Fan Theories

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Bradley Bell has confirmed that “Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) is dead,” so the show’s head writer and executive producer is shutting down fan theories that she might actually still be alive somehow.

In a new interview Bradley Bell talked about what’s coming up on B&B in 2026.

Although Bell has some other fantastic storylines in the works, he seemed adamant about putting the Luna issue to rest.

“Luna is dead,” Bell said, “We all saw it.”

Of course, it’s kind of strange for Bell to phrase it that we since viewers really didn’t see it at all!

One of the biggest reasons for all the fan theories is that Luna’s death happened entirely off-screen.

It’s true that fans saw Luna looking wide-eyed like she was about to be hit by a car, but that’s the extent of what we all witnessed.

No one can blame viewers for being suspicious and curious whether there might be more to the story.

Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) simply delivered the news of Luna’s demise in the aftermath, so it wasn’t a great way to convince soap watchers that she was gone for good.

Nevertheless, Bradley Bell certainly seems ready to shut the door on the Luna saga.

Although Bell’s concentrating on other stories now, he had nothing but praise for Lisa Yamada’s portrayal.

“I mean, Lisa Yamada — wow. And to cap it off with an Emmy and to have her bring levity and that spark in her eye and the unique delivery? What a joy she was to work with and what a wonderful person,” Bell said.

Considering how complimentary Bell was of Yamada, perhaps we should be skeptical of his “Luna is dead” comment anyway.

There might come a point when Bell rewrites things so that Yamada can slip back into Luna’s shoes.

After all, Bell changed his mind about killing Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) off and might change his mind about Luna returning one day, too.

That said, Bell truly doesn’t seem to have any imminent Luna rewrites lined up since Dylan (Sydney Bullock) is now playing the role of Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) and Will Spencer’s (Crew Morrow) interloper.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Will, Electra, Dylan and RJ Forrester (now portrayed by Brayan Nicoletti) will lead the way when it comes to storylines for the younger cast of characters, so stay tuned for updates on what’s next.
