The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers hint that Ivy Forrester’s (Ashleigh Brewer) matchmaking could backfire if she’s not careful.

Ivy turned against Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) and decided he wasn’t the man for Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace), so she’s been sabotaging their romance ever since.

After everything that went down between Will and Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) at the beach house, Ivy fumed over how improper it all was and decided Will wasn’t good enough for Electra.

Since RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) is interested in making Electra his girlfriend instead, Ivy has thrown her support behind him as Electra’s new love interest.

However, we have to consider the possibility that Ivy is making a huge mistake by thinking RJ will be any better than Will.

During the week of March 16-20, Will and RJ will have a heated confrontation.

That fight will bring some insults, including one from RJ when he declares Will is a lowlife like his dad.

It’s clear that RJ thinks Will is like Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), but what if RJ turns out to be like his own father, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye)?

B&B has obviously had other versions of RJ on-screen before, but this one almost feels like a new character.

Brayan Nicoletti’s debut brought a major RJ reset, so no one can say for sure what flaws RJ will have and mistakes he might make.

The show played up all the women RJ met on his travels, so we’re talking about a guy who’s used to having multiple options.

RJ may be super focused on Electra right now, but that doesn’t mean it’ll stay that way forever.

After all, RJ seemed to feel a little spark when he met Dylan for the first time as well.

There must be a reason for that, so we have to consider the possibility that RJ will develop feelings for Dylan next and plant a kiss on her, too.

Then again, RJ might finally surrender to one of the female Forrester employees since he’s had other women throwing themselves at him.

There are plenty of paths to betrayal if that’s the route the show wants to take.

RJ might turn out to be like waffling Daddy Ridge in the end.

Ridge is a notorious flip-flopper who’s hurt Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and especially Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) more times than he can count.

Could Electra become RJ’s version of Taylor and find herself heartbroken if he betrays her or casts her aside?

Electra might genuinely start to fall for RJ, but Ivy may regret pushing them together if RJ betrays her down the road.
