The Bold and the Beautiful Wednesday, December 10 Recap: Ridge Skips Wedding – Douglas Is Back

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) recap for Wednesday, December 10, reveals that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) skipped the wedding, Douglas Forrester (Henry Samiri) was back and Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) had a warning for Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown).

At the Spencer mansion, Douglas was home from Paris for Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) wedding, so he enjoyed some bonding time with them as well as Beth Spencer (Jordyn Gracie) and Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras) ahead of the ceremony.

Since Ridge was still upset over all the retirement drama with Eric Forrester (John McCook) and wanted to avoid Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), he skipped the wedding and sent Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) off on her own.

Steffy found Ridge alone at the office on Wednesday’s B&B episode, so they talked about her wanting what was best for Liam.

It was also mentioned that Sheila didn’t get a wedding invitation.

As for the Eric situation, Ridge admitted he hadn’t spoken to his father since the retirement party.

Steffy knew Ridge’s actions came from a place of love, but he was still bothered by Eric’s hurt reaction.

Brooke made it to the Spencer estate and joined Hope as she prepared for the wedding upstairs.

Katie Logan (Heather Tom) and Donna Logan Forrester (Jennifer Gareis) were also on hand for some pre-wedding photos.

Downstairs, Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) and Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) arrived for the nuptials.

As Will gushed over Electra’s beauty upstaging the bride, Beth walked over and offered to officiate their wedding, too.

Electra and Will made it clear they weren’t ready to tie the knot anytime soon, but they seemed amused over Beth’s enthusiasm anyway.

Once Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) showed up with Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone), he pretended he needed to have a stern talk with Liam.

Deacon was just kidding around in the end and even shook Bill’s hand on this special occasion.

Although Liam seemed a bit nervous later, he assured Deacon that he was just anxious to make Hope his wife one final time.

Liam hugged Deacon and looked forward to officially reuniting his family.

Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) couldn’t make it to the wedding, but he called Liam with congratulatory wishes.

After Hope donned her bridal gown and everyone took their seats, Deacon walked his daughter down the aisle.

When Beth asked if Hope was ready to get married, she smiled and insisted she was.

At Taylor’s office, Sheila barged in with complaints about being excluded from Hope and Liam’s wedding guest list.

It left Sheila questioning whether she’d ever feel like part of Deacon’s family.

Taylor suggested that Sheila shouldn’t be surprised she didn’t get an invitation, but Sheila felt she should be there with Deacon.

After Taylor realized Sheila might be thinking of crashing the wedding, she warned her to stay away – both for Sheila’s sake and for everyone else’s at the gathering.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Sheila may be tempted to spoil the fun anyway, so stick with us for updates on any troubling news to come.
