The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) family loyalty is being called into question.

Steffy normally has a “Forresters come first” mindset, but she hired Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) knowing that it was bound to cause issues with Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace).

Even Dylan herself had reservations in B&B’s March 11 episode, but Steffy insisted all the relationship drama was none of her business.

Steffy acted like Electra’s feelings shouldn’t be a factor in whether Dylan accepted her new Forrester position.

Dylan repeatedly voiced concerns about Electra’s reaction to the news, but Steffy suggested there was still a chance for them to work things out as friends.

Regardless, Steffy was determined to hire Dylan, but did she make the right call?

It was nice to see Steffy acknowledge Dylan’s trauma and want to do something to help her out.

Considering how much Hayes Finnegan (Bryan David Garlick) adores Dylan and how much Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) chaos she endured, it makes sense for Steffy to step up.

Since Steffy normally has no problem butting in other people’s business, it was refreshing to see her steer away from that typical mentality.

In this case, Steffy just wants to give Dylan a good job and doesn’t think whatever’s going on with Electra should hinder that.

Despite Electra’s attempt to change Steffy’s mind in the coming episodes, it’d be great to see Steffy stand her ground.

Some might say Steffy’s being a disloyal Forrester, but maybe that’s exactly what’s needed to shake up this storyline.

After all, Steffy is the boss, which means she gets the final say on whether Dylan gets to stick around!

Electra can huff and puff all she wants, but Steffy has every right to keep Dylan as a member of the Forrester Creations team.

In other words, maybe Steffy is being a little disloyal to Electra and breaking the Forrester code, but so what?

Steffy is in charge and shouldn’t be required to hold the same grudges as Electra or let her romantic messes dictate how Forrester is run.
