The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Darin Brooks (ex-Wyatt Spencer) and Kelly Kruger (ex-Eva the publicist on B&B, ex-Mackenzie “Mac” Browning on The Young and the Restless) are calling it quits after almost a decade of marriage.

Kelly Kruger and Darin Brooks met for the first time back in 2010 before tying the knot in 2016.

The couple eventually welcomed two children: Everleigh Jolie in 2019 and Gemma Wynter in 2022.

Now Brooks and Kruger have announced their divorce decision just a few weeks away from their 10-year anniversary on March 21.

Kruger and Brooks released a joint statement about what their plans are from here.

“We’re committed to coparenting our two children and remaining friends,” Darin Brooks and Kelly Kruger said.

It’s good to know that Brooks and Kruger are still going to put their family first, even if that family will look a little different from this point onward.

As for Brooks’ possible future on B&B, he recently told TV Insider that he was open to the possibility of reprising his role as Wyatt Spencer.

“I went to see Brad [Bell, B&B‘s executive producer and head writer] a couple of months ago to see the new digs, the new studio…So, I talked to Brad a little bit, and we don’t know what’s on the horizon yet, but I’m open to it,” Brooks said.

Brooks also indicated that if another soap expressed interest, he “would be open to that, too.”

Longtime Days of Our Lives fans may recall that Brooks previously played Max Brady, so there’s always a chance he might pop up again in Salem.

However, Brooks certainly seems like he’d be down for a new role on The Young and the Restless or General Hospital if one of them had a job for him.

Now that Brooks is going through this huge change in his personal life, it could bring a period of transformation overall and lead to some changes in his professional life as well.

Whatever the case, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Wyatt will always be part of the Spencer family whether he’s on-screen or not!
