The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Monday, February 16, reveals that Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) will face a design dilemma, so Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will put Eric Forrester (John McCook) in a tight spot.

Katie was thrilled when Eric came on board as her lead designer and recently approved his first sketches for Logan.

Eric is working on other designs to complete the collection, but he’s not working fast enough as far as Bill’s concerned.

Bill will debate the issue with Katie on Monday’s B&B episode, but she may argue that she doesn’t want to rush Eric and his process.

Katie may suggest Eric is a perfectionist who deserves the time he needs to get everything right.

It’ll be better for the fashion house overall in the long run.

However, Bill will contend that they’re on a time crunch here and can’t wait around forever.

If they want to make their launch goals and avoid having someone else leak Eric’s new fashion gig, they need to get the ball rolling quickly.

Of course, Katie may bring up Eric’s past medical problems and worry that pushing him too hard could end in disaster.

Eric’s health has to come first, but Bill will still give him a nudge to finish the new designs ASAP.

The stress may affect Eric more than he’s willing to admit since he’ll suddenly have a hard time breathing within the next couple episodes.

Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) will flip out when Eric’s health takes a nosedive, but he’ll try to pretend he’s fine for as long as he can.

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) were previously adamant about Eric retiring to avoid any more medical setbacks.

Brooke and Ridge will be proven right on some level once Eric’s stress skyrockets while working for Logan.
