The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers hint that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) may make a daring move following Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) decision to break his contract.

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) insisted they should just rip that contract up now that Eric’s headed back to Forrester Creations, but Katie and Bill are under no obligation to do that.

If Eric insists on returning to his home turf, Bill and Katie may ultimately relent on letting him go without a fight.

However, Katie and Bill might dig their heels in when it comes to keeping the designs Eric has already completed and putting his name on them.

If Eric really did sign a contract, B&B fans can bet that Bill nailed down all the details.

Eric may be locked into a bad situation, especially considering who Bill is and how often he’s willing to play hardball.

Eric completed multiple sketches and handed them over to Katie at Logan.

Some of the designs were created and tested on models, so Eric is trying to quit awfully late in the game.

Bill and Katie might decide to take what they’ve got so far from Eric and use his name to promote their launch whether he’s still involved or not.

It’d be a good way to fight back against Ridge and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) now that they’re adamant about Eric leaving Logan behind.

This would add to the conflict that’s already boiling over between Brooke and Katie.

It’d put an even bigger strain on Katie and Brooke’s relationship, but it’d definitely bring some major drama.

Of course, this could also open the door to a Forrester lawsuit and could potentially convince Katie to stand down sooner or later.

Going up against the Forrester clan in a legal battle may not be something Bill and Katie want to sink money into in the end.
