While Janelle Brown seemed MIA from Kody Brown’s life, it seems she’s back. For weeks, she’s been in North Carolina with her daughter, Maddie Brown Brush. She spent Halloween and Thanksgiving on the East Coast. And with Christine Brown flying the coop, Brown family followers wondered if she’d done the same.
Plus, there’s the fact that Janelle seems super-close to Christine, running a recently launched online business together. However, new info shows that Janelle Brown seems committed to remaining one of Kody’s Sister Wives. She is now back in Flagstaff, Arizona. And she revealed an update on her marriage.

Janelle said her husband read her an article recently about future technology that freaks her out. She posted a photo of a self-driving floor sweeper at Wal Mart. And then said she worries about Skynet (like from The Terminator) and The Matrix. And it seems the article Kody read to her didn’t settle her fears.
Wife #2 Sets up Stocking for Husband
Janelle Brown spent her Summer out at Coyote Pass and seems to have a real passion for the property they bought a few years back. However, the cold Winter weather forced her off the land — at least for now. After she packed up her Summer place, she headed East to be with Maddie and visit some of her other offspring.
Now, though, the second of the Sister Wives is back in Flagstaff and seems settled in for the holidays. Janelle’s got her eight Christmas stockings up — but had to put them on her wall since she doesn’t have a mantle. That’s because she’s in a small apartment instead of a larger house — like Kody shares with Robyn Brown.

She has six children with Kody — sons Hunter, Gabriel, Robert, and Loan — and daughters Maddie and Savanah. So, there’s one stocking for each of her children and one for herself. Plus, Janelle Brown put up one stocking for Kody. He didn’t have one in the past but does this year — which seems a sign she’s sticking with her hubby.
Will Janelle See Kody for Christmas with other Sister Wives?
As seen on the current season of their TLC reality show, there is a literal distance between the husband and his spouses. He’s been staying solely with his last wife with the explanation that Robyn’s the only one following his COVID protocols. That’s left Kody Brown’s other children frustrated and then-wife Christine as well.
Now, with lockdowns ending in many areas of the country, perhaps he’s softened his stance. Janelle didn’t explain whether Kody read her that article, mentioned above, in person or on a phone call. Coronavirus cases are climbing in AZ now much higher than in the Summer but drastically lower than this time last year.
