Counting On alums John-David and Abbie Duggar have officially welcomed their third child. The two have been on and off social media as they focus on their growing family. Abbie previously shared in a joint gender reveal with Jana that she’s having a baby girl. She currently has one boy and one girl, and the two are excited about their upcoming sibling. Counting On: John-David & Abbie Duggar’s Announcement

Early in September 2025, John and Abbie took to social media to share photos with their kids. They were holding numbered balloons, saying “1, 2, and 3.” The Counting On alum wrote, “We’ve been keeping a little secret … Baby #3 arriving early 2026!!!” Abbie was already halfway through her pregnancy. Due to this, many were surprised by how she was able to keep it a secret.

There have been speculations that Abbie was indeed expecting a third child due to her appearances in some Duggar vlogs, where she appears to have baby bumps. Since then, Abbie has documented her pregnancy journey, which included the grand gender reveal. In one of her gender reveal posts, she wrote, “We couldn’t be more excited to be adding a little GIRL to our family!!! Sharing this special day with Jana and Stephen will always be such a treasured memory. And in true twin fashion… the girl twin is having a boy and the boy twin is having a girl!”

In an Instagram post, John-David and Abbie Duggar shared the first photos of their newborn girl. According to Abbie,  they have been soaking up all the newborn love. She said, “John and Abbie – party of 5!  Our sweet little lady made her arrival last month! We’re completely smitten and soaking in all the newborn snuggles! ” Fans of John-David and Abbie also took to the comments section to celebrate the arrival of their baby girl.

So far, the couple has not revealed the baby’s name or details about her birth. However, they did note she was born last month. It looks like they’ve been keeping her a secret for a bit.There are currently no expecting Duggars after Abbie and Jana. Jana welcomed her first child with Stephen Wissmann on December 30, 2025, a baby boy named Archie Gerald. Many fans were also impressed that Jana was able to hide her newborn son from the online world despite being active on IG.
