General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for the week of February 16-20 reveals that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will face some horror while Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) has some awful news for Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will also play love doctor, so here’s what GH viewers can expect.

Now that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is awake, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will give Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) the scoop and leave him wondering what this means for his future.

Although Nathan is falling for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), he’ll know Maxie’s return is going to change things.

Maxie will have a lot to mull over as well once Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) works to convince her that Nathan is truly back from the grave.

As for Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), she won’t think it’s fair that she has to be apart from Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) on Valentine’s Day.

That’s why Britt will take charge of the situation and make sure she fits in some sneaky Jason moments.

While Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) clashes with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will catch Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) by surprise.

Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) will also deliver a shocker of his own when he makes an accusation.

Since Ric and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) have some bonding scenes ahead, that might lead to Ric admitting that whole fiasco where Alexis held him captive.

Once Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) has an alarming showdown with Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) at Wyndemere, he’ll see that Marco is truly dangerous like his father.

Lucas will be filled with remorse over how he treated Carly, so it looks like he’ll give her some horrifying updates on the situation.

Carly may worry about Lucas’ safety since he presumably won’t be under Marco’s protection any longer.

That means Sidwell could send Pascal (Marc Forget) to get rid of Lucas or at least try to!

As for Willow, she’ll stun Nina with a confession of some sort.

Will Nina get confirmation that Willow shot Drew or even find out about her current plot to keep Drew locked in?

Those are options to consider, but it’s also possible Willow will confess something a little less scandalous.

Regardless, Willow will eventually give Drew some news – and you can bet it won’t be good!

Drew may learn something awful instead and fear he’s doomed to live like this until Willow potentially tries to get rid of him permanently.

Across town, Kristina will track down Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and try to steer him toward a happy reunion with Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos).

While Kristina plays love doctor, Maxie will get a warm welcome home.

There’ll be a celebration in honor of Maxie, so will Nathan wind up at the gathering and leave Maxie reeling at the sight of him?

As the week wraps up, GH fans will see many Port Charles residents recall Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) glory days.

February 20 will bring a touching episode that’ll serve as a tribute to Luke as well as Anthony Geary.
