General Hospital Tuesday, April 7 Recap: Brook Lynn Drinks & Drives, Causes Car Crash – Cassius & Britt Truth Revealed BY Heather Hughes on April 7, 2026 | Comments: Leave Comments Related : General Hospital , Hot News , Soap Opera , Spoiler , Television General Hospital (GH) recap for Tuesday, April 7, reveals that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) got behind the wheel after drinking while Cassius Faison aka fake Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) advised against Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) plan and insisted on one of his own. In Britt’s office, Cassius showed up to scold her for her betrayal. Britt called Cassius by name and made it clear that he was a pale imitation of her loving brother, Nathan.
There was some talk about Britt only knowing Cassius for two years and how she wasn’t happy about keeping his secret from everyone, especially Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and James West (Gary James Fuller).
Cassius argued that he was the one who convinced Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) that Britt could complete the project, so he was the reason she survived and got medication for her Huntington’s disease. Cassius admitted he wanted to keep Britt alive, but she’d be on her own if she didn’t smooth things over with Sidwell and deliver the project as promised.
Britt wanted to tell Sidwell that Cullum killed Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo), but Cassius suggested there were too many ways that could go wrong. Sidwell might not believe Britt, so she could end up dead anyway.

Plus, Britt’s meds weren’t FDA approved, so they had to rely on Cullum to score them through his WSB connections.
If Sidwell killed Cullum, then Britt would lose access to her medication for good. Cassius stood by his belief that Britt needed to grovel to Sidwell and make him believe she’d learned her lesson. At Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) place, she was surprised when Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zampgrona) showed up.
Dante said Lulu and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) were keeping something from him before mentioning that he heard about Rocco’s ER visit.
After Rocco and Lulu stuck to their kitchen mishap explanation, Dante eventually headed off to support Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) at the grand reopening of Charlie’s Pub. Once Dante was gone, Lulu saw signs of infection in Rocco’s hand and realized he was running a fever.
That led to Lulu getting Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) on the phone and asking him to make a house call. Lulu acknowledged that she had reasons for not wanting to take Rocco to the hospital and got Isaiah to agree this news would stay between them.
Since Isaiah was in bed at the cabin with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), he let her know he had a medical emergency to take care of.
At Charlie’s Pub, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) shared some supportive words with Kristina on her big night. Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) also gave herself a pat on the back for the outfit that she helped Kristina put together and got a free drink in return. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) mingled a bit and spoke to Jacinda along with Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), who was curious about the tension between Joss and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) lately.
Meanwhile, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) was concerned about leaving Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) alone at the yoga studio, but Chalotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) popped up and insisted she’d be keeping him company.
Since Charlotte also planned to give Danny a ride home later, Alexis asked about her driving record. Charlotte insisted she was an excellent driver and credited Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) with teaching her.
Once Alexis made it to Charlie’s Pub, she apologized to Jacinda and Michael for everything she had to do to defend Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) in court. Jacinda insisted it all worked out before Michael assured Alexis that they were good.
Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) was nervous about singing for open mic night, so Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) admitted he was a little anxious too since he wasn’t as comfortable playing guitar.
Once Dante arrived and learned Gio would be part of a performance, he was delighted. At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn had a catch-up session with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) over wine, so they discussed the Phoebe foster parent situation as well as Sidwell’s shady paperwork delays regarding shipments. Lucy acknowledged that she’d made an error in judgment when it came to Sidwell, but she was determined to distract Sidwell with Ava Jerome (Maura West) drama and get things back on track at Deception.
Once Lucy was gone, Dante called Brook Lynn and urged her to get down to Charlie’s Pub since Gio was about to perform.
Brook Lynn downed the rest of her wine before heading off to get in her car, but the show ominously focused on her glass and the wine bottle after she left. Back with Danny, he filled Charlotte in on his visit to Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) house.
Danny overheard Sonny and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) admitting Sidwell was to blame for Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) problems, so he wanted to take Sidwell down. For now, Danny hinted about wanting to rush toward something fast, so Charlotte thought it was a good thing she had a car.
Meanwhile, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) spoke to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) about their dinner reservation before deciding she’d drive.
In the car, Curtis put a hand on Jordan’s leg and kept exchanging glances with her. Jordan eventually leaned over and gave Curtis a kiss, so she looked away from the road for a moment. When Jordan looked back up, she became alarmed and swerved to avoid a car in her path.
That clearly led to a crash, so GH fans will see the aftermath soon enough.
