General Hospital Thursday, March 26 Recap: Cullum Assassination Plot, Lucas Lies to Cops, Dante Refuses Sidwell
General Hospital Thursday, March 26 Recap: Cullum Assassination Plot, Lucas Lies to Cops, Dante Refuses Sidwell BY Heather Hughes on March 26, 2026 | Comments: Leave Comments Related : General Hospital , Hot News , Recap , Soap Opera , Spoiler , Television General Hospital (GH) recap for Thursday, March 26, reveals that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) hinted at extreme measures while Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) deceived Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), who also reacted to Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) angry demands. At Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) house, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) was upstairs living to music when Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) arrived at the door. Lulu admitted Rocco told her everything, so Nathan got confirmation that Rocco shot Cullum since he didn’t actually see it happen.
Lulu found out Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was taking the fall, so she worried the WSB would throw him in a hole somewhere and that he’d never return to his family.
If Lulu was thinking of having Rocco come forward, Nathan insisted that couldn’t happen. Jason was willing to make this sacrifice to protect Rocco, so Nathan insisted Lulu shouldn’t let it be in vain.
At Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) house, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) was wary of his plan to use Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) to help Jason, but Sonny stood by his belief in his half-brother. Once Carly was gone, Sonny informed Ric that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) was a double agent who was working with Sidwell.

Ric also learned about Cullum being behind the attempts on Sonny’s life and the fire that nearly wiped out Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).
Sonny admitted his hands were tied when it came to going after Sidwell since he was being blackmailed over a murder he didn’t commit. Ric offered to help Sonny wiggle out of that since the evidence was fabricated, but Sonny insisted he was protecting someone he cared about. Sonny still wanted to go after Cullum, who didn’t know Sonny knew about his connection to Sidwell.
Ric was all in on helping Sonny, so he suggested Cullum and Sidwell wouldn’t be holding all the cards like they expected.
Since Jason chose Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) as Danny Morgan’s (Asher Antonyzyn) legal guardian, Alexis informed Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) of that when she showed up at her place wanting to take Danny home. Alexis pointed out that Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) would be visiting her house often, so it was better for Danny to be there and catch up on time he missed with his sister.
Tracy suggested she could fight Alexis on this, but Alexis wondered if she really wanted to put Danny through that. Carly came along and got the news about Alexis being Danny’s guardian as well, so she advised against putting too many rules and restrictions in place since Danny could rebel against them.
At the PCPD, Sidwell blamed Sonny for going after Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo), but Dante seriously doubted his father would have made a move that bold in Alexis and Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) law office.
Sidwell ordered Dante to recuse himself from the case due to his connection to Sonny, but Dante warned that Sidwell wouldn’t tell him how to run his investigation. Furthermore, Dante felt it was a mistake to fixate on Sonny when Sidwell had a long list of enemies. That’s why Dante urged Sidwell to think of any other foes who might go after him through Marco.
After spending the night at Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) apartment, Lucas opened up to Ava and blamed himself for Marco’s demise.
Ava insisted only the monster who stabbed Marco was responsible. After Lucas ranted about Sidwell, he planned to speak with the cops and point them in the direction of Marco’s father.
Once Sidwell finished his Sonny rant at the PCPD, he crossed paths with Lucas there. Lucas was stunned as Sidwell pulled him into a hug and talked about how happy Lucas made his son.
Sidwell hoped Lucas would come back to Wyndemere since it was Lucas’ home and always would be as far as he was concerned.
Since Sidwell seemed genuinely broken up about Marco’s demise, Lucas changed his plan and didn’t point the finger at him while speaking with Dante. Instead, Lucas played dumb about Sidwell’s business and suggested Marco would never be involved in dirty dealings. Although Lucas knew it wouldn’t bring Marco back if the cops solved the case, he was adamant about getting justice.
Back with Sidwell, he broke down in tears as he confided in Ava and worried it was his fault that Marco had suffered a grim fate.
In Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) office, Josslyn demanded that Britt let her inside. Josslyn convinced Britt to get honest about what really happened on the pier, so Britt recapped the story.
Britt was unconscious for Jason’s showdown with Cullum and didn’t see the shooting, but she told the cops Jason did it anyway. Josslyn didn’t understand why, so Britt admitted Jason told her to claim he shot Cullum.
After Josslyn realized Cullum was behind Marco’s stabbing, Britt worried Cullum would want to clean up the mess and go after them, too.
Britt told Josslyn they were as good as dead, but Joss hinted about a fatal plot of their own. Since Cullum was unconscious in the ICU and Britt had access as a doctor at GH, Josslyn urged her to use that access to their advantage. General Hospital spoilers say Britt could be on the verge of taking a huge risk, so stay tuned.
