General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) will have a big reveal for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Will Nina’s daughter admit to drugging Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) or is this confession about something else instead?

On February 18, Willow will indeed make an admission to Nina. GH fans can expect Willow to reveal something that could perhaps catch Nina off guard.

Of course, this could be something simple and not truly incriminating – like if Willow admits things are better now that Drew’s incapacitated or something along those lines.

However, Willow is slowly starting to trust Nina again and knows her mother would do just about anything for her.

That includes keeping criminal secrets, so Willow might decide to get something more sinister off her chest.

Will Willow finally confess that she’s the real shooter?

Part of Nina may still suspect that’s true anyway, so she may not be all that surprised if her daughter admits to firing at Drew twice that night.

However, Willow has taken her vengeful plot against Drew to the next level now that she’s been acquitted.

Soon after Willow was declared a free woman, she injected Drew with a drug that mimicked a stroke.

Now Willow’s still pumping Drew full of that drug regularly to make sure he can’t speak or move.

It’s possible Willow could confess what she’s really up to, especially if Nina perhaps overhears her taunting Drew or sees her giving him a suspicious dose.

How will Nina react if Willow spills her plan to keep Drew out of commission while she builds a better life with her children?

Nina has assured Willow that her love and support are unconditional, so she might prove that’s true – even if she’s horrified by the lengths Willow has gone to.

There’s no way Nina would rat Willow out to the cops, so she’ll no doubt help Willow cover up whatever admission she’s about to make.
