General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) may turn on Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) after her innocent act crumbles. Will the cop’s life be at stake once Chase learns the truth about Willow?

At this point, Chase is still very much on Willow’s side. Since Chase doesn’t think Willow is capable of shooting Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), he feels like the justice system prevailed when Willow was acquitted.

Of course, Chase still wants to see Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) go down for firing at Drew that night.

Michael isn’t responsible, but that hasn’t stopped Chase from thinking he’s guilty thanks in part to Willow’s frame-up.

Willow recently planted a key to Drew’s house on Michael’s keyring, which Chase found.

Chase confirmed that key granted Michael access to Drew’s place, so now he’s even more convinced that Michael was the shooter.

Chase has been Willow’s fierce defender for months, so GH writers are setting him up for a huge fall.

What happens when Chase’s eyes are finally opened to the real Willow and how low she’s willing to sink?

Sooner or later, Willow’s innocent act is going to crumble, so let’s consider what Chase’s reaction will be once that happens.

Chase may not want to believe it at first, he may ultimately have no choice but to accept that Willow’s been lying.

The best way to convince Chase of Willow’s guilt would be to have him overhear her gloating to Drew again.

Unless the truth comes straight from Willow herself, Chase may struggle to drop his passionate defense of her.

Perhaps Chase needs to hear Willow confess to shooting Drew and keeping him incapacitated with the drug she’s been giving him.

Willow had a close call recently where she didn’t realize Chase was in the house while she was taunting Drew.

It was a false alarm in the end since Chase alerted Willow to his presence before he could overhear any incriminating news.

Willow may not be so lucky next time around, so Chase could turn on her if he finds out she’s been manipulating him.

If that’s how it goes down, Willow could turn against Chase too and maybe even put his life at stake.

Willow certainly made some bold moves when she went after Drew, so she may be coming for Chase next!
