General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) could deliver a disturbing ultimatum. Will Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) face a horrible choice?

When Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) confronted Marco in GH’s February 16 episode, Marco played the blame game.

Marco acted like Sidwell was the one threatening Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and held Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) responsible for his willingness to work more closely with his father.

However, Marco also assured Lucas that he’d stop working with Sidwell once his current project concludes.

Marco’s love for Lucas seems genuine, so this may be something he’s actually willing to do.

Unfortunately, Sidwell may not be willing to let Marco go!

This feels like a situation where Marco’s in too deep and may regret it when Sidwell makes it clear that walking away isn’t an option.

Sidwell isn’t a man who responds well to betrayal, so that’s something Marco needs to keep in mind.

Marco’s first mistake may be trying to hide Lucas’ newfound knowledge since Pascal (Marc Forget) saw Lucas eavesdropping.

Pascal may give Sidwell updates and leave Marco scrambling to insist Lucas is under control.

Marco could then announce that when their current project is over, he’ll be leaving to focus on his life with Lucas.

That’s when Sidwell may shut down that idea and demand Marco’s continued loyalty.

If Marco doesn’t play by Sidwell’s rules, then he could hand down a punishment.

Sidwell might promise that if Marco dares to cut ties, then he can count on Lucas facing a grisly outcome.

Sidwell might also warn that if Marco wants Lucas kept alive, then he’d better make sure Lucas isn’t going to run his mouth and become a problem for them.

Marco’s eyes may be opened to just how low Sidwell can sink if he turns sinister on his own son.

Sidwell keeps playing up how he wants Marco to be happy, but that happiness can’t come at his father’s expense.

General Hospital spoilers suggest Sidwell may prove that to Marco, so who could get alarming news about Lucas and the threat he’s now facing.
