General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) will make a car ride confession and spill the heartbreaking truth to Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen).

Since Willow could see how crushed Scout was over not getting to see Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and her aunts for the holidays, she convinced Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to cave in and allow Scout some family bonding.

It wasn’t long until Willow took Scout to Alexis’ house, where she smiled in the doorway as Scout ran over to greet her grandma as well as Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos).

It was a beautiful moment that Willow made possible, but it’ll be over far too quickly.

Drew apparently didn’t give Scout the green light to stay the night or have a very lengthy visit.

The show released a pic of Willow in her car with Scout in the passenger seat.

Based on Willow’s sympathetic expression, it looks like Scout’s about to open up to her stepmother once again.

GH spoilers say Willow will find out a secret on December 29, so there’s a chance that could tie in with whatever Scout’s about to confess.

Regardless, Scout will make Willow her confidant and perhaps admit she doesn’t like the changes in her daddy.

It’s easy to imagine Scout confessing that Drew feels like a different person and that she has trouble voicing her real opinions to him.

Scout might even admit that she wishes she could live with Alexis or something along those lines.

Drew just isn’t the same man anymore, so it’s taking a toll on his young daughter.

Perhaps Willow will promise Scout that she’ll look out for her and keep trying to make Drew a softer version of himself.

Scout needs her family in her life, so Willow may acknowledge that and vow to keep doing everything she can to make sure Scout sees them.

Willow is growing increasingly protective of Scout, so that’s probably happening in preparation for the big shooter reveal.

It seems likely that Willow also had Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star set as Scout’s ringtone on her phone.

When Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) heard that tune, they may have actually been listening to Willow’s phone ringing.

All these Scout and Willow scenes may pave the way for the show to reveal the ringtone truth soon enough!
