This week, on GH, there is a change with Ryan Chamberlain. The status of his Locked-in Syndrome shifts. And the serial killer’s health may be improving. Soon, good twin Kevin Collins hears the news.

And he begins to worry. Of course, Ryan has been considered harmless for quite a while now because he’s immobile. That’s why he’s at Spring Ridge instead of Pentonville. But that may change soon.

Plus, Ryan has psycho teen Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) at his disposal. Currently, Esme’s access to the criminal is limited. However, she soon comes face-to-face with Ryan, the General Hospital promo reveals.

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is horrified this week when she becomes the victim of a scandal. Recently, Esme filmed Joss’ first intimate moment with Cameron Webber (William Lipton). Now, it’s plastered all over the PCU campus.

This week, the steamy video is still playing in class, and Josslyn demands someone shut it off. For a brief moment, Joss suspects Cam. But then, she goes straight to Esme, who blames Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla).
