General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) dream woman could become a reality. A romantic twist may be brewing for Ric, so we should discuss his tight spot and how it could turn into a blessing in disguise.
Ric’s captivity crisis isn’t over despite the fact that he recently wiggled out of his restraints in Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) basement.
Following Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) blow to Ric’s head in the October 3 episode, his captors will have to be more careful when it comes to keeping him strapped in!
Ava, Alexis and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will continue to deal with hostage drama while Ric begins to dream of a very specific woman.
Between all the sleeping pills and Ric’s desperation, he’ll need some comfort and will find it in the form of a dream version of Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).
Of course, Ric has been drawn to Liz ever since he came back to Port Charles.
It’s clear that Ric would jump at the chance to reunite with Elizabeth if she’d actually give him one.
Liz is someone who matters to Ric a great deal, so it’s not surprising that he’ll have dreams about her while he’s being held captive.
Ric might even dream that Elizabeth has come to rescue him, which could perhaps set the stage for when she actually does!
GH spoilers say Liz will have some growing suspicions about the trouble Ric has landed in and may eventually investigate.
Elizabeth considers Ric a close friend and will want to know what’s going on.
That could lead to Liz coming through for Ric and helping him score his freedom.
Ric could easily plant a kiss on Elizabeth if that happens, especially if he’s too out of it to know the difference between dream Liz and the real version.
Whatever the case, Elizabeth will become Ric’s dream woman in more ways than one once she’s invading his actual dreams next.
