General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) may catch Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) injecting Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Will Kai steal a drug vial for testing and get confirmation of what Willow’s really up to?

Since Kai knows Willow can’t be trusted, he’s decided to keep working for Drew and maintain some access.

Drew obviously isn’t Kai’s favorite person, but he’s still a human being who deserves some protection as far as Kai’s concerned.

The person who shot Drew is now caring for him, so it’s easy to see why Kai is uneasy!

Kai plans to keep an eye on things at the house, so Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) appreciates that under the circumstances.

Alexis isn’t a fan of Drew either, but he’s Scout Quartermaine’s (Cosette Abinante) father and the only parent she has left.

That’s why Alexis urged both Kai and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) to come to her immediately if they see anything concerning.

It feels like the show’s setting the stage for Kai to spot something he wasn’t supposed to see!

Kai may walk in on Willow injecting Drew at some point and worry that maybe she’s giving him something harmful.

Of course, Willow may claim it’s some other drug that was prescribed to help with Drew’s recovery.

Kai may pretend he believes that, but he might question Drew if he can get a moment alone with him.

Drew can still blink answers, so Kai might ask if something’s off about this medication.

Kai could even ask if Drew feels unsafe and get him to blink some confirmation.

Kai might be able to swipe a vial of that drug and take it to Alexis’ office, where he could spell out what happened.

Trina could be present for this conversation as well, so she might join Kai and Alexis in suspecting Willow is using this drug to keep Drew incapacitated.

GH fans know that’s exactly what Willow’s doing since she needs Drew like this while she takes steps for a better life.

Drew’s stroke wasn’t really one at all since Willow used this drug to cause his current condition.

Will Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) get dragged into the lab testing portion of the story?

Will Kai and Trina seek Portia’s help or find someone else to nail down what’s in that drug vial?

Whatever the case, the trouble may start with Kai witnessing an injection and stealing a vial when Willow isn’t looking.
