General Hospital Spoilers: Drew’s New Woman, THIS Messy Pairing Follows Willow Split?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) may have a new woman in his future. Will a messy pairing follow Drew’s inevitable Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) split?
Drew is still fighting hard for a fresh chapter with Willow, but it seems like a lost cause.
Willow is clinging to Drew as one of the few people who actually wants to help her, but she’s clearly just using him at this point.
Whatever love Willow had for Drew is tainted by this whole custody mess. There’s no way Drew and Willow will still have a real future by the end of all this.
Unfortunately, Drew has managed to alienate just about everyone in Port Charles with his awful behavior.
There aren’t a lot of women around town who’ll be jumping at the chance to be with Drew once he’s single again.
However, Drew’s going to need a love interest anyway, so who’s it going to be?
Could Drew get paired up with another town pariah who perhaps doesn’t think she’s worthy of a better man deep down?
That brings us to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), who’s tangled up in a dangerous project that’s putting a lot of lives at risk.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) keeps trying to convince Britt that she’s a good person at heart, but she doesn’t believe that considering the secrets she’s keeping and the work she’s doing for the sake of her medication doses.
Britt and Jason seem like they’re headed down a romantic path right now, but that could change once Britt’s secrets come to light.
Since Britt isn’t telling the whole story about Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and other pieces of the Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) puzzle, there’s a chance she’ll ruin things with Jason or at least push him away.
We could be gearing up for a situation where Drew’s sulking all alone after losing Willow and making all of Port Charles loathe him.
Britt may feel like she’s in a similar boat if she angers Jason and feels like no one’s left in her corner.
Could Britt and Drew be on a romantic collision course as a result?
It’s easy to imagine Drew and Britt having a one-night stand or something more if GH writers decide to actually pair them up.
You can bet Drew would love to swoop in and make a move on Jason’s latest love interest.
Drew stole Willow away from Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and might take great pleasure in the idea of stealing Britt away from Jason, too.
As for Britt, she might end up thinking horrible Drew is the kind of man she deserves.
Of course, all this could bring out Jason’s protective side and make him determined to get Britt out of Drew’s orbit.
It’d be the perfect writing strategy to pull Jason closer again and make him want Britt back.
Regardless, General Hospital spoilers say Jason and Britt’s romance won’t go according to plan, so stay tuned for updates on any bad news that might push her in Drew’s direction.
