General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is headed for a major downfall. Chase is obsessed with making Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) pay for a crime he didn’t commit, but Chase himself is the one who’s going to suffer!

Of course, Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) bears most of the blame here for trying to set Michael up.

Since Willow put a key to Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) house on Michael’s keychain, she’s the main reason for the mess that’s playing out.

However, Chase certainly isn’t blameless since he’s faced repeated warnings to let this go.

It would’ve been better for Chase to just move on after Willow got acquitted, but he’s still fixated on putting innocent Michael in prison for shooting Drew.

That fixation is going to cost Chase now that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) has admitted it was Officer Chase’s idea to check Michael’s keys.

Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) then pointed the finger at Chase for handling that keychain thanks to Wiley Corinthos’ (Viron Weaver) eyewitness account.

GH spoilers suggest Chase will land on the hot seat and get accused of framing Michael.

It’s going to look like Chase was so determined to take Michael down that he set Michael up himself.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) was finally ready to adopt a child with Chase, but she’ll likely shut that plan down after Chase’s latest blunder.

That’s especially true if Chase gets fired over this – and there’s a good chance he will since he’s already been demoted for overstepping.

Brook Lynn may argue that if Chase can’t even hold down a stable job, he can’t expect to be a stable father.

If Brook Lynn figures out Willow must’ve framed Michael instead, Chase may continue to defend his ex and make matters worse.

It’s clear that Chase has made Michael’s takedown his priority instead of his marriage to Brook Lynn and the family they wanted to create.

Brook Lynn may have a huge problem with that, so could these two be on the verge of divorce?

It may take more than this for Brook Lynn to walk away, but it could happen if this snowballs into more relationship issues that they just can’t fix.

Chase may find himself without a job, a wife or kid by the end of all this, so stay tuned for any bad news ahead!
