General Hospital Spoilers: Cassius Risks All to Save Britt? BY Dorathy Gass on April 4, 2026 | Comments: Leave Comments Related : General Hospital , Soap Opera , Spoiler , Television General Hospital spoilers reveal that Cassius Faison a.k.a. Fake Nathan (Ryan Paevey) could put everything on the line to save his sister, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

He may not be the “real” Nathan West; however, family is family.

If he risked it all to help Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), could he do the same where Britt’s concerned? As fans know, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and WSB double agent Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) had been dangling the experimental Huntington’s disease meds over Britt’s head in exchange for her work on their cold fusion research – Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) last project.

Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) ended up trying to help Britt and succeeded in stealing the meds. He was going to hand them over to Britt, who was going to hand them over to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to give to Brick (Stephen A.

Smith) so his contact could duplicate them.

Sadly, Cullum ended up figuring out Marco’s deception and unalived the man by ambushing him at his Miller and Davis office. As Britt was waiting at the pier, the entire plan she had with Jason blew up, with Cullum getting the meds back and smashing the vials to pieces right in front of her. The entire storyline proved just how dangerous and dastardly Cullum truly is.

General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 6-10 note that Britt will get an ultimatum.

As Huntington’s symptoms are re-emerging, since she hasn’t received a dosage of her meds in a while, it’s easy to conclude that Sidwell and Cullum will once again coerce her into helping them via her medication. During the week of March 30-April 3, Fake Nathan finally revealed himself in a scene with Sidwell at Wyndemere.

Fans learned that his name was Cassius – Nathan’s unknown twin brother. Some viewers have jumped to the conclusion that Cassius is the “evil” twin; maybe he’s not that as bad as he seems.

He did acknowledge Sidwell’s rant about Britt and agreed that she was more trouble than she was worth, but was that just a statement to appease his boss?

Does Cassius have an ulterior motive here? He seems to have a genuine connection with James West (Gary James Fuller) and does seem like a nice guy – even though that could be an act. Maybe Cassius is in the same situation most of Sidwell’s associates are in: they are doing Sidwell’s deeds because of blackmail or fear that the criminal will harm them.

This brings us to another GH spoiler for this coming week, when Cassius warns Britt about something during the Wednesday, April 8 episode.

This will come after her ultimatum, so perhaps Fake Nathan gives her a heads-up to follow Sidwell/Cullum’s orders. Then again, maybe he also informs her that he’s got a larger plan in mind; one where the good guys win, and Cullum and Sidwell go down?

Either way, there’s a good chance that Cassius surprises GH viewers by putting his neck on the line for his sister, whether that means stealing those meds to remove her from under Sidwell and Cullum’s thumb – or even rushing in to “save” her if the two villains decide to do away with her once she no longer serves her purpose to them. General Hospital spoilers imply that there’s more to Cassius’s story than meets the eye, so it’ll be interesting to see if he ends up redeeming himself over this Fake Nathan debacle or just diving in deeper into his dark side.
