General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that the show released a new preview video for Friday, February 20, which offers a first glimpse at a special Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) episode. This will also serve as a heartfelt tribute to Anthony Geary, who passed away back in December 2025.

“Every memory leads back to Luke Spencer. Join us this Friday, February 20th, for a very special (and emotional) episode honoring his legacy,” the show shared on their GH social media accounts.

The promo kicks off with someone lighting a candle as a way to remember Luke.

From there, several characters with a Luke connection can be seen gathering on the pier to light paper lanterns and release them into the water.

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will all be part of this powerful episode.

At one point in the preview clip, Lulu can be seen talking to Luke’s photo in an emotional moment.

Sadly, Lulu woke up from her coma to find that Luke was already gone, so maybe she’ll find some path to closure in this memorial show.

On February 20, Sonny will also reflect on his first meeting with Luke while Laura thinks back on her old romance.

With tears streaming down her face in the promo, Laura thanks Luke for the love of a lifetime.

It’s clear that Laura will always carry a piece of Luke in her heart.

There’ll be some great flashbacks of Luke’s best moments over the years, including some of his most beloved storylines as well as some surprising scenes that fans might’ve forgotten.

It’ll be a wonderful way to honor Luke’s legacy and pay tribute to Anthony Geary following his demise.

Both Luke and Geary were a huge part of GH, so it’s important to acknowledge that and let fans join in this bittersweet celebration.
