General Hospital Monday, March 30 Recap: Rocco Slips Up, Cody’s Vacay Drama,Lucas Questions Cullum

Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) also inquired about what Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) recalled, so here’s how Monday’s episode went down. At the Quartermaine mansion, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) filled Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) in on the intervention regarding Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) at the family meeting.

That led to Kristina cornering Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) later.

Kristina pushed “Tracy Q” to step up and defend Michael against the Jacinda naysayers in the family. Tracy forbade Kristina from ever calling her “Tracy Q” again and questioned whether Kristina always played meddler or whether Michael and Jacinda were a special case.

Meanwhile, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) tackled Wiley Corinthos’ (Viron Weaver) “hooker” question in front of the social worker, who jotted down notes in their file and actually seemed pleased over how they handled the awkward situation. Even so, Brook Lynn and Chase worried in the aftermath, which led to them telling Michael that Wiley overheard the “hooker” discussion and asked about the term in front of the social worker.

Since Michael knew a GH board member who was the secretary for Health and Human services, he suggested he could make a phone call and get this person to speak on Chase and Brook Lynn’s behalf.

However, Michael eventually decided there was someone who had more influence than him and pointed out Congresswoman Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) could help pull some strings. Chase thought that was a great plan, but Brook Lynn clearly had reservations. Since Cody spent $50 on raffle tickets, he excitedly told Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) that he won a trip to the Cayman Islands.

Cody gushed over going deep-sea fishing, but he tossed out the idea after Molly pointed out she was a vegetarian.

Cody suggested they could go scuba diving instead, so Molly liked that plan until she learned the dates for the trip conflicted with an upcoming surgery related to her endometriosis. Molly said she could reschedule her surgery, but Cody didn’t want her to risk any more flare-ups.

Instead, Cody decided to give the trip to someone else and got Molly to agree he could take care of her after the procedure. In Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) office, he barked orders over the phone and tried to gather more info on Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) demanded answers when she showed up, but Brennan didn’t know where Jason was being held.

Brennan felt confident the WSB couldn’t kill Jason since he could still be an asset to them, but he also warned Carly that it was doubtful she’d ever see Jason again. Carly blew her top and insisted the WSB couldn’t take away the people she loved. After Carly stormed out, she paused outside the door looking emotional while Brennan was clearly struggling over all this back inside his office.

On the footbridge, Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) and Rocco found Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), who was having a hard time with everything that happened with Jason.

Danny noticed Rocco’s injured hand, but Rocco said he cut it and acted like it was no big deal. Since Rocco was acting strange, Danny quizzed him about that, too.

Rocco suggested that it was because Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) had been the one to arrest Jason, but Danny knew Rocco’s dad was just doing his job and blamed the WSB’s warrant instead. Since Charlotte didn’t trust the WSB due to what happened with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), she speculated that maybe another shooter fired at Cullum that Jason was being set up.

Danny thought Jason really did shoot Cullum, but he knew his dad must’ve had a good reason – especially since Jason was already leaving town because of something big.

Rocco mentioned Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), which left Danny confused since he didn’t say anything about her. Rocco covered by suggesting he heard Britt was at the pier along with Jason and thought maybe they were meeting up. Danny decided he should speak with Britt and try to figure out how everything blew up.

As Danny recapped the horror of watching Jason get taken away, Charlotte insisted she’d support him along with Rocco and that they’d track Jason down.

While Rocco stood there looking guilty, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) was busy in Cullum’s ICU room. Cullum shut his eyes after opening them, so Josslyn put a latex glove on and was about to take action when Lucas interrupted with questions.

Josslyn acted like she just wanted to see Jason’s alleged shooting victim and ultimately comforted Lucas over Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) demise in a waiting area. Since Lucas was determined not to let Marco die in vain, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) reflected on feeling that way after Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) own grim fate.

Josslyn didn’t want Lucas getting obsessed when Marco would want him to move on and find happiness, but Lucas didn’t see how that was possible now.

After Josslyn fished for information on Cullum’s prognosis, a nurse told Lucas that Cullum was waking up. Once Cullum was taken off the ventilator, Lucas introduced himself and asked if the WSB director remembered who shot him. General Hospital spoilers say Lucas has some shockers headed his way in the coming episodes, so stay tuned.
