General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, January 5, reveals that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will carry out an Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) trick while Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) gets an alarming visitor.

Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) will also order Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), so let’s discuss all the drama ahead on the ABC soap.

Since Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) plans on putting Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) on the stand along with Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove), the fake alibi Jacinda’s given Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) may not last much longer.

Michael will want to find Jacinda and deliver a warning about what’s in store.

Kristina will end up cornering Jacinda and pushing her to leave Port Charles right away, but Jacinda will ultimately have to testify.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will also land back on the witness stand in Monday’s GH episode.

Alexis will do her best to make it seem like Dante steered the case toward Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) to protect his brother.

As for Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), he’ll sing Alexis’ praises once she goes all in on this strategy and destroys Michael in the courtroom.

At GH, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will learn that Britt’s medical license has been reinstated, so Britt will plan on doing her latest exam.

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will ultimately show up to demand a paternity test, but Portia will put him off as long as she can.

Portia will act like fixing things with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is what’s most important right now, but she may tell the whole truth to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) later.

Deep down, Portia may be dragging her feet because she’s afraid of what the DNA results will be.

At home, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will urge Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) to get Ace Cassadine (Karis and Kiernan Barry) out of dangerous Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) grasp.

Kevin may struggle with what Laura asks him to do, but it looks like he’ll eventually leave for Dublin with little Ace for six months.

In Carly’s attic, Valentin will be taken aback over an alarming visitor.

Will Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) find herself unable to stay away and arrive to see her father once again?

Valentin may warn Charlotte that it’s too risky for her to keep coming there.

Charlotte’s decision to abandon her police protection will lead to a search for her soon, so we’ll see if this is when it kicks off.

Meanwhile, it seems Carly will steer Brennan in the wrong direction by acting like Valentin might’ve contacted Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) for assistance.

Brennan will also force another meeting with Britt and insist she should honor her end of the bargain.

Since Brennan came through on her medical license reinstatement, he’ll push Britt to do her part to help the WSB.
