General Hospital Friday, January 30 Recap: Britt Confirms Dalton’s Killer to Jason – Brennan Interrupts Carly & Valentin

General Hospital (GH) recap for Friday, January 30, reveals that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) confirmed Henry “Hank” Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) killer to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) while Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) interrupted Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

At Carly’s house, she suggested Valentin could stay in the guest room for the night since the roads were closed and no one would be visiting.

Suddenly, Brennan arrived at the door, so Carly was quickly proven wrong.

Valentin ran up to the attic while Carly greeted Brennan, who noticed the extra booze glass on the table.

Carly claimed she poured it for Jason before telling him not to come due to the snow, so Brennan seemed to buy that explanation.

While Carly and Brennan got passionate, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) pulled back from their kiss only to dive in for another one.

However, Lulu eventually came up for air and insisted they couldn’t do this.

Nathan and Lulu acknowledged their feelings for each other, but Maxie insisted this couldn’t happen because of Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and even Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).

While Nathan reluctantly accepted that, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) beat “Matthew” aka Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) at chess and left him feeling like she was more than just a ditzy college student.

Cullum left the room, which led to Josslyn looking through his coat and finding a pack of cigarillos along with P.K. Sinclair aka Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) book.

Josslyn muttered Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) name after seeing the woman on the cover.

Cullum popped back up, so Josslyn covered by acting like she was cold and dropped “Matthew’s” stuff while getting his coat.

Josslyn mentioned the cover art and the woman’s resemblance to Commissioner Devane, but “Matthew” acted like it was a coincidence.

Once Josslyn settled in a chair nearby to read the book, Cullum glared at her from across the room.

At the harbormaster’s quarters, Britt told Jason about Ross Cullum being Sidwell’s partner before explaining his WSB connection.

Britt also admitted Cullum threatened Jason and forced her to push him away.

Jason listened as Britt explained Cullum’s threats against Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) as well.

Britt was stuck since she got roped into helping with Faison’s final project in exchange for the experimental medication her father had developed.

Jason went back to his idea about recreating that medication, but Britt warned him about how lethal these guys were.

Britt confessed that Sidwell killed Dalton right in front of her, so Jason was taken aback over that news.

After Jason got Britt to accept his help and confirmed that they were in this together, she had one condition.

Britt insisted they had to keep their distance from each other, so Jason agreed before they made the most of tonight be sizzling in bed.

At Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) apartment, she hated that Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) baby was being born into a world of lies.

Trina was still carrying a lot of pain since Portia lied to her about her father all her life.

Despite Trina’s inability to trust her mom, Portia hoped and knew deep down that Trina wouldn’t let it influence her opinion of her little sibling.

At the stables on Friday’s GH episode, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) came down and found Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) with her manuscript, so she wasn’t happy about the invasion of privacy.

Cody figured Molly was mad because he knew her true feelings now.

Molly’s dumb character, “Casey,” was clearly based on Cody, so he ranted about her thinking of him as a clown.

Molly tried to explain that “Casey” evolved over the course of the novel, but Cody remained upset and ultimately slept with the horses alone.

At the Quartermaine gatehouse, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) pulled apart in a hurry when Rocco showed up – though Rocco didn’t have any inkling anything romantic had happened.

Rocco found out that Danny knew about Valentin being at Carly’s place since he took Charlotte over there a few weeks ago.

Although Rocco wasn’t pleased over the secrecy, Charlotte and Danny pointed out that he was a terrible liar.

Rocco pushed for no more secrets before toasting a marshmallow to make s’mores.

Charlotte and Danny chose to keep one more since they obviously didn’t tell Rocco about their kiss.

General Hospital spoilers say Rocco is bound to get updates on what Danny and Charlotte are hiding sooner or later, so stay tuned!
