Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that four young soap stars have been fired in a shocking bloodbath. Daily Mail first reported the news before SOD confirmed that these Days contract players are indeed OUT on the Peacock sudser.

As for the four actors who lost their jobs, Days is bidding farewell to Carson Boatman (Johnny DiMera), Raven Bowens (Chanel Dupree DiMera), Ashley Puzemis (Holly Jonas) and Leo Howard (Tate Black).

Following DOOL’s holiday break, these soap stars came back thinking they still had a bright future in Salem.

Instead, Howard, Puzemis, Bowens and Boatman all found out they were casting cut victims.

These firings were a tough blow to the actors, who were reportedly blindsided by the show’s decision to send them out the exit door.

According to Days insiders, other actors are now worried they could be next!

There’s certainly the possibility of additional cast cuts, particularly if the show’s trying to free up money for other returning actors or budgetary reasons.

As for how Tate, Holly, Chanel and Johnny will be written out, it’s too early to say exactly how they’ll exit.

However, we can think of some easy departure paths that the show might take advantage of.

If Johnny and Chanel are still a couple by the time their exits happen, they could easily move to another city for a fresh start or career-related goals.

Meanwhile, Tate and Holly could head to Paris for a new beginning of their own since Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) lives there with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Jude Brady (Oliver McLarty).

Then again, Holly and Tate could end up in another city – perhaps due to transferring to another university together.

It’s also possible Tate and Holly could head down separate roads if they’re broken up when their exits go down.

Regardless, it’ll take many months before Days viewers see these departures play out.

Since the show films so far in advance, Johnny, Chanel, Holly and Tate won’t be exiting on-screen until late 2026 or even early 2027.
