Emmerdale fans hit out over ‘big man’ Marlon Dingle as they urge writers ‘have a day off’
Emmerdale’s Marlon Dingle has been met with derision after declaring he’d “kill” Graham Foster.
Marlon, played by Mark Charnock, claimed on tonight’s episode of the ITV soap he’d kill Graham for declaring his love to his partner Rhona Goskirk. Viewers have not only pointed out that Graham is an ex-SAS operative but also said Marlon had far less venom for Celia and Ray, the pair of criminals who coerced his daughter April into drug-dealing and sex work. They took to social media to vent their frustrations.

@TraceyK77738153 said: Emmerdale have lost the plot, Marlon threatening to kill Graham, he couldn’t fight his way out of a paper bag.

@L_S_J2025 said: “Graham and Rhona were such a good couple and Marlon’s been reduced to a simpering mess in the last year.”
@dolby297025 said: “Marlon who watched an old lady assault his missus and done nothing is now gonna kill an ex SAS operative?! Have a day off Emmerdale.”
@sian1978 said: “Did I just hear Marlon saying he’ll kill Graham for declaring his love for Rhona? Yet he didn’t have it in him to kill the man who was forcing his daughter into drug dealing and who tried to prostitute her out, his priorities are strong.”
@Chris1968E said: “Come on Marlon not again with the “i’ll kill him” cr*p. You had your chance with Ray ratbag and mad Celia but hadn’t the berries for it.”
