A CORONATION Street star has revealed he’s ‘unemployed’ after just eights months on the soap, and fans are fearing he’ll quit the show for good.

Ryan Mulvey, who plays the role of bad boy Brody Michaelis on Corrie, took to TikTok to reveal his unemployment.

He wrote over the top of the clip: “A day in the life of an unemployed actor.”

The star started his day off with coffee, before telling fans he had a voiceover to do which he was going to do from bed.

He then headed to the gym and shared a look at his workout, before cooking lunch and sharing a look inside the stylish kitchen at his home.

“Just cooked up some scran,” Ryan told fans, before opening some parcels in the clip and showing off a t-shirt he’d bought.

The star, who has 99k followers on TikTok, alarmed fans in his comments who feared he wasn’t going back to the soap.

One person penned: “Wait, what?! You’re leaving Corrie?” while another said: “Nooo, why are you saying you’re unemployed?”

A third wrote: “Mate, there’s no way you’ve just leaked you’re leaving Corrie?”

Someone else echoed: “Is Brody leaving then? Surely not.”
