The caption reveals that the name did change, and the character is called Imani. She is the youngest member of the unit, and her style is quite different from the others. While she does wear the signature jeans and top that are common in the show’s wardrobe, her jeans reflect the current fashion trend of baggy jeans. And her shoes are cool too! The original version of the character was supposed to be a former soldier and military contractor who thrives in dangerous situations. It’s unclear if that has changed, but given Squerciati’s description of the character as “fierce,” she still has it.
