Celia and Ray’s next victim confirmed in Emmerdale with character injured

Last month, Emmerdale’s Caleb Miligan (William Ash) got the shock of his life when he found a young woman called Anya hiding in one of his depot trucks.
Ruby Miligan (Beth Cordingly) arrived shortly after and saw Anya as well. Instead of seeing her as a problem, Ruby saw her as someone in desperate need of help, and wanted to support her.
She brought Anya to Mill Cottage and allowed her to use the shower while she made some food. When Caleb returned, he was furious to see the stowaway in his home and told Ruby that she needed to leave.
Despite Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) distracting the police and not allowing them to see Anya, Caleb was still panicked over her being spotted. He knew that if the authorities found Anya, he’d get accused of smuggling her into the country.

But Ruby, who has form with getting away with crimes, was adamant they could do it again. She continued to look after Anya and make her feel welcome, but eventually the woman felt that things would be better if she left.
Anya took some money and disappeared, leaving Ruby and Caleb the cling onto a shred of hope that she’d find safety.
In tonight’s episode though, we discovered what really happened to Anya when she left Mill Cottage.
Prior to this, focus was on Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) and Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley), who had learnt that Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards) never made it to Ireland in the summer.
As Paddy reflected on the fact he’s barely contacted his dad in four months, his mind started to go into overdrive. What happened after Bear learnt he’d no longer be able to go to Ireland? Is he still in England? Is he even alive?

Just before the episode ended, we flashbacked to the 100th day that Bear had been away from his family.
Ray Walters (Joe Absolom) had arrived on Celia Daniels’ (Jaye Griffiths) farmland with Anya in the boot. It ultimately confirmed that Anya was trafficked into England via a plan cooked up by these two evil individuals, and just so happened to get caught by Caleb before Ray could pick her up and put the next part of the operation in place.
Anya, who was in a terrible state, was thrown into a barn and in the background, to everyone’s shock, was Bear.
Bear recognised Anya and said her name, so it’s clear he has been in that location for a while.

Earlier on in the episode, we saw two adults working on the farm while Celia spoke with Ray, so what have they got Bear to do for them?
Unbeknownst to Paddy, his dad is closer than he thinks, but how will he find him?
