General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) figured out the shooter mystery with some help from Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). Dante may be on the verge of solving Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) fatal case too since he’s already suspicious of Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).

At some point, Dante may connect the final dots and realize it was Cullum who stabbed Marco that night. That could give Dante the upper hand as he decides his next move. Dante is already worried about the possibility of Cullum figuring out Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) is the one who pulled the trigger.

That’s especially true since Cullum is now pushing for the PCPD’s evidence on his shooter. Dante knows that evidence will point to Rocco, so he seems poised to dispose of it. Protecting Rocco matters more than anything else, so Dante may take a dirty cop turn for his son’s sake.

Once Dante crosses that line, GH writers may let him lean into it even more. After Dante inevitably finds out Cullum attacked Marco, he may use that to his advantage. As long as Cullum is alive and well, he’s going to be a threat to Rocco’s safety.

Dante would be devastated if Rocco suffered a grim fate, so he may decide Cullum should be the one to face a lethal outcome. If Dante discovers Cullum was behind Marco’s stabbing, he might see the potential to get rid of the WSB director for good. Dante could leak this information to Sidwell and make sure some proof lands in his hands – whether that proof be real or fabricated.

Although Dante is normally someone who likes to do things by the book, that’s not the case when it comes to situations that put Rocco in jeopardy. Dante needs Cullum removed from the equation as soon as possible, so he may eventually realize Sidwell is in the best position to do that. In other words, Dante may not let Cullum face justice in the traditional way.

Perhaps Dante will send Sidwell after Cullum instead and ensure that Cullum is ended permanently.
