The Young and the Restless The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will soon have a reason to unleash his wrath on Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). The tension between Victoria and Billy is sure to explode, so let’s talk about the drama that’s coming up. Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) new AI program has manufactured evidence against Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and Billy, so Victoria’s ex-husband is going to be tangled up in all this.

Although Victoria tried to downplay Billy’s involvement in the May 1 episode, Christine Blair Romalotti (Lauralee Bell) wanted her to understand that things could get messy. Victoria basically suggested she was OK with that and is clearly willing to let Billy go down. Since we know Cane will get arrested based on Y&R’s preview video for the week of May 4-8, Billy could easily get arrested, too.

Billy might get handcuffs slapped on him in front of a distraught Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), so this could really burst their engagement bubble! Billy is also excited about having a new baby with Sally and has promised to be by her side every step of the way. That can’t happen if Billy lands in prison, so he’s going to be furious when he realizes Victoria helped set all this in motion.

Victoria and Billy already fought not too long ago over whether to send the kids back to boarding school. The next round of conflict may be even worse if Billy’s freedom is at stake and Victoria is partially responsible. Billy will consider this a massive betrayal since Victoria is the mother of his children and someone he used to be madly in love with.

Victoria’s disloyalty will hit Billy hard and leave him wondering what she’s going to tell Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) and Katie Abbott (Sienna Mercuri). Victoria may argue that it’s Billy’s own fault for getting mixed up in Phyllis and Cane’s scheme, but Billy will no doubt blame her along with Victor for any terrible legal news that’s brewing. Billy may worry about the possibility of being stuck behind bars and unable to raise his new child with Sally, so he’ll have a lot on his mind.
