Finn normally keeps his distance from Sheila other than an encounter here and there at Il Giardino. That’s what Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) typically wants, but she may change her tune in the coming episodes.

Once Finn finds out Sheila is in the loop on Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) affair with Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig), that could bring his urgent visit.

Let’s consider three reasons why Finn might seek Sheila out in the aftermath of the cheating news. 1) Steffy asks Finn to calm Sheila down For starters, Steffy might flat-out ask Finn if he’ll find Sheila and talk her down.

Once Steffy learns Sheila found out the truth and scared Taylor in her office, she may fear Sheila will do more than spook her next time. That’s why Steffy might push Finn to do something and try to keep Sheila from spiraling out of control.

Steffy might temporarily lift her ban on Finn and Sheila bonding if it means keeping Taylor safe.

2) Finn wants to offer some comfort B&B fans know some part of Finn cares about his birth mom despite her mistakes. There’s also no denying that it was wrong for Deacon to sneak around behind Sheila’s back with Taylor of all people. Finn may have some sympathy for Sheila under the circumstances and tell his mom he wanted to give her some support.

3) Finn pleads with Sheila not to go off the rails Of course, Sheila may suspect Steffy actually sent Finn to fish for answers about her next move and make sure she wouldn’t physically harm Taylor.

Finn may acknowledge that Steffy is indeed concerned about Taylor’s well-being. After Finn points to Sheila’s history of disturbing behavior, he may praise her for evolving in recent years.

Finn may plead with Sheila to stay on the right path and avoid letting Deacon’s affair with Taylor send her down a dangerous road again. Perhaps Finn will warn Sheila not to do something she regrets, especially if she could land back in prison for it!
