Here’s what Y&R viewers can look forward to on Thursday’s episode. In Vegas, Nick will pop fentanyl before taking a phone call from Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).
Chelsea and Sharon will be eager for the latest news on the search for Matt Clark (Roger Howarth), so Nick will admit Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is with Riza Thomson (Tina Casciani) and making progress.
Nick will start the conversation all revved up, but then the drugs will leave him confused and sounding tired. It’ll even get to the point where Nick falls asleep on the phone briefly, so Sharon and Chelsea will wonder if he’s still there.
Nick will wake up and make an excuse about Adam calling him before hanging up in a hurry. Sharon and Chelsea will mull over all the Nick weirdness in the aftermath.

Chelsea will also have concerns about Adam now that he’s revisiting Spider’s world, but Sharon will offer some reassurance.
Back with Nick, he’ll pass out on the sofa while Adam’s busy kissing and flirting with Riza. When Adam assumes Riza’s partner is a man, she’ll question how he knew that. Adam will manage to cover, but Riza will still think there’s more to the story of why he wants to meet her partner so badly.
Even so, Riza will assure Adam that the meeting’s going to happen eventually.
Adam will return to his suite and find Nick sprawled out on the couch. Once Nick awakens, he’ll seem groggy and out of it.
Adam will wonder if Nick’s been hitting the minibar, but Nick will lie about exhausting himself at the gym. After Nick insists on hearing what Adam’s learned, he’ll claim he’s going to splash some water on his face first.
In the bathroom, Nick will get out the “bonus” that Justin gave him during their earlier drug deal.
Justin mentioned that sometimes you need a boost, so Nick will apparently get one since he’ll return to Adam all fired up again. Adam will be puzzled over Nick’s behavior changes, but he’ll admit Riza wants him to meet her partner. Nick will feel confident that the partner is Matt and will be eager to grab him when this meeting happens.
Adam will be more cautious about the situation, but Nick will be determined to take Matt down ASAP.
Once Matt heads back to Riza’s suite, he’ll see all the poker chips and learn that Spider is as good or better than he was before. When Matt once again brings up the idea of meeting Spider, Riza will admit he’s ready when Matt is.
Matt will give Riza the green light on setting up a private meeting and will suggest it’s time they all put their cards on the table. At the GCAC, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will find Lily at the bar and goad her about making Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) believe she was in danger along with the twins.
Phyllis will pump Lily for information on what Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) promised in return for her fake kidnapping help, but Lily won’t confirm anything.
Instead, Lily will lash out at Phyllis for her own betrayal of Cane and for how she went about this Newman takeover. At one point, Lily will mock the new “Summers Conglomerate” name and give it three months before Phyllis goes crawling back to Cane for help. Phyllis will think she’s got a firm grip on things at the company and will gloat about Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E.
Bregman) being her second in command.
Phyllis will also accuse Lily of being jealous of the allure she has with Cane, so they’ll do plenty of bickering before Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) interrupts. After Victoria hopes that Lily and the twins didn’t have too rough a time, Phyllis will take that as confirmation that a fake abduction indeed happened.
Victoria will rush to Victor’s defense and make it clear that he’s going to win in the end. As far as Victoria’s concerned, this could be Phyllis’ last chance to make things right with her kids and escape the mess she’s created for herself.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Phyllis has more drama ahead of her, so stay tuned!
