Fans of Y&R  are aware that Phyllis has taken the reins at Newman Enterprises, which she has rebranded as Summers Conglomerate.

She has enlisted Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) to join her and is eager to elevate her new venture. However, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is not ready to back down.

She’s not planning to  allow Phyllis to get away with usurping her family’s business. With Victoria’s plans in motion and the recent return of Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) to Genoa City, Phyllis is in for some unexpected twists ahead.

Dramatic Delivery Brought By Victoria’s Fierce Fight

After Victoria returns from Milan, she will engage in a fiery showdown with Phyllis. Victoria might take pleasure in Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) reclaiming Chancellor, prompting Phyllis to denounce his underhanded tactics while feigning indifference.

With the Newman empire still under her control, Phyllis could assert that Chancellor’s fate is of no concern to her, viewing it as a minor setback in the larger picture.

Nevertheless, Victoria will eventually change her approach, aiming to inflict a far more significant impact. Armed with a letter from an enraged Summer Newman (previously portrayed by Allison Lanier), she will present it, catching Phyllis completely off guard.

Summer’s angry letter will  break her mother’s heart, and that is not surprising at all. No one can cause as horrendous heartbreak as a child who is angry and quite possibly, rejecting a parent.

Phyllis, although sometimes she has a strange way of showing it, deeply cares for her children and hopes they would support her in her Newman takeover.

Instead, Summer will deliver some tough words to her mother, making the news hit Phyllis hard and leaving her to grapple with more than she reveals.

Phyllis will keep up a tough exterior, hiding her hidden heartbreak from others, likely even her son Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei).

Phyllis Faces An Intense Confrontation With Lily Winters

Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) is making her latest appearance in Genoa City, which will spark a dramatic reunion with Phyllis and lead to a significant clash.

On April 2, Phyllis will confront Lily, holding her accountable for the pain inflicted on Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) due to her involvement in Victor’s kidnapping scheme.

Conversely, Lily will retaliate against Phyllis for usurping Newman Enterprises from Cane and dragging out this entire situation.
