Kendra Caldwell Duggar Mugshot & Charges – Daily News
Joseph Duggar, 31, went to court in Arkansas on Friday, March 20, via Zoom. He gave up his right to an extradition hearing, but his wife Kendra and other family members weren’t there. It looks like the cops have Kendra Caldwell Duggar in custody, but her bond is low enough that she may be out soon.
On Friday, March 20, police in Tontitown, Arkansas, sent out a news statement saying that they had filed fresh charges against Kendra’s husband, Joseph Duggar.
Joseph, 31, was arrested and charged with Lewd and Lascivious Behavior, on Wednesday, March 18. In Arkansas, there are more charges that have nothing to do with the ones in Florida. These include four counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and four counts of second-degree wrongful imprisonment.
Joseph Duggar’s Wife Charged And Arrested
Later, police claimed that Kendra, who is 27, is facing the same accusations in the Arkansas case as her husband. On Friday, March 20, police in Tontitown, Arkansas, sent out a news release announcing that they had charged Kendra’s husband, Joseph Duggar, with new crimes.
Kendra Duggar is being accused of child endangerment in Arkansas. TTPD told KNWA/FOX24 that both Duggars are facing four charges of second-degree false imprisonment and four charges of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Local TV station KNWA/FOX24 said that police went to the Duggar family’s residence at 1 p.m. on March 20 to arrest Kendra, but she wasn’t there at the time.
The police have said that the Duggars’ charges in Arkansas have nothing to do with Joseph’s case in Florida. TTPD did claim that this independent investigation began shortly after the event in Florida that was said to have happened.
The TTPD said that this is still an open case, but they can’t give out any more information right now because there are kids involved.
