The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Tuesday, March 17, reveal that Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will get tough and prove who’s boss.

Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) will also have a run-in that makes her first day at work difficult, so let’s discuss what’s ahead on B&B.

For starters, it looks like Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer) will join Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) in complaining about Steffy’s newest hire.

Electra already voiced her displeasure, but Steffy wasn’t willing to take back her offer to Dylan.

Once Ivy spills her complaints next, Steffy will double down on her decision to bring Dylan on board.

Despite Ivy and Electra’s disapproval, Steffy will stand her ground and push the two of them to get over it!

At some point on Tuesday’s episode, Electra will encounter Dylan in the showroom.

That’ll bring plenty of tension, but Dylan will hope that maybe they can call a truce for the sake of a peaceful workplace.

Of course, Electra won’t be interested in pretending they can still be friendly after everything has happened.

Instead, Electra will rip into Dylan for making moves on Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) and will suspect she wanted him from the start.

Speaking of Will, he’ll launch a heated confrontation with Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).

Will’s going to lash out over the news about Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) stolen designs, but Bill may think the Forresters have gotten inside his head.

Bill and Katie will defend themselves on Tuesday’s show, but Will still won’t be happy over all the drama they’ve caused.

That’s especially true since RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) accused Will of being a spy who was in on Bill and Katie’s plan.

Bill may argue that Will wouldn’t have to deal with Forrester issues if he’d just come to work at Spencer Publications or even Logan.

Will’s going to dig his heels in when it comes to his anger, but it won’t accomplish anything.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Bill won’t show any remorse since he doesn’t think they’ve done anything wrong!
