The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chance Chancellor’s (Donny Boaz) problems are far from over. They’ve already got Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) on their backs, but there’s someone else who could cause major issues.

Adam recently paid Riza Thomas (Tina Casciani) a visit in Vegas and got updates on the woman who was asking questions. Chance tagged along and also heard the latest news. Although Adam insisted this was his problem now, they’re both involved in a deadly cover-up. This could still cause big trouble for both Adam and Chance.

Riza suggested that the woman didn’t really care about her missing husband, who we know is actually dead by Adam’s hand. Her affection is more about the huge stash of money she believes he hid. Adam transferred a million bucks in hopes of making the problem go away, but will that really do the trick? This woman seems awfully greedy.

If the woman doesn’t care about her husband, that lets us know she probably married for money in the first place. We also know the payments Adam’s been sending weren’t enough. This woman must burn through cash like crazy. It probably won’t take her long to blow that million and start demanding more.

It would be weird for Y&R to introduce this storyline without ever bringing the mystery woman in the picture. Back when Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Theo Vanderway’s (Tyler Johnson) New York secret was a thing, the woman at the heart of it showed up. The Young and the Restless fans will recall how Zoe Hardisty (Anna Grace Barlow) came on the scene and caused plenty of drama.

There’s a good chance this mystery woman will ultimately show her face, too. Just when Adam and Chance think they’ve handled Phyllis and put this to rest, the woman may make her way to Genoa City. Her greed might lead to this secret exploding and could potentially lead to Adam’s arrest.

Chance warned that he wouldn’t let Adam go to jail, but Adam’s not so sure Chance’s connections can guarantee that. Adam could find himself in lockup and fearing the worst. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) would certainly fear the worst as well! The last thing Chelsea wants is to be separated from the love of her life once again.

Chelsea doesn’t want Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) to lose his father again either. This mysterious widow could decide the fate of the “Chadam” family, so it’ll be interesting to see how it all plays out. Will she blow into Genoa City on a mission?
